DAB+ Reception is not given permanently

Hello,

i recently bought a Vanku Android 10 PX6 4G Ram 64 G Memory Head Unit for my car. It performs pretty good and has a built-in DAB+ Receiver. I placed the window-Antenna as it was described in the manual. I tested the reception of DAB+ signals but there was always a poor reception. Ok i thought. There must be another solution to this problem. I bought an antenna-Splitter that has support of 12 volts phantom power. The reception of FM-Radiostations increased so that the sound comes almost clear.

I forced the DAB+-Receiver to search Radio-Stations and i was wondering that there were 21 to 23 DAB-Stations found. I could see that the signal was really better than before, but when i drove on the street the sound disappeared and came back again and so on. I drove many kilometers to check if there is a change. But there isn`t. What can i do next?
I searched for another DAB-Player-App if there would be an issue with the installed version but i didn`t find one.

Could you give me an advise?
